Every day, we walk alongside children and adults with disabilities, Veterans rebuilding their lives, seniors seeking renewed purpose and financial stability, and families navigating challenges. Through compassionate care and outcomes-driven programs, we create pathways to independence, belonging, and hope.

Our Approach: How We Work

   Every journey begins with listening. We take time to understand each individual’s unique strengths, needs, and goals—then tailor services that empower autonomy, dignity, and belonging.
    
2. Holistic, Program-Driven Solutions
   We deliver a spectrum of integrated services that meet people where they are and help them thrive:
   1. Residential Camp & Recreation
      1. Our fully accessible overnight Summer Camps for children and adults with disabilities are life-changing. Campers build confidence, independence, and lasting friendships while experiencing the joy of adventure—canoeing, swimming, hiking, and making memories under the stars.
      2. Our upcoming Children’s Miracle League Project will give children with disabilities the opportunity to play baseball in a fully accessible space and field.
   2. Employment Services
      1. Connecting Communities Program: Culturally specific, bilingual support to overcome language and literacy barriers—helping community members gain skills, find jobs, and thrive.
      2. SCSEP (Senior Community Service Employment Program): Job training, resume development, and internships for Oregonians 55+ who are seeking renewed purpose and income.
      3. HVRP (Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program): Helping Veterans who are unhoused secure stable jobs.
   3. Veteran Services

      2. SSVF (Supportive Services for Veteran Families): Providing housing stabilization and case management for Veterans and their families who are unhoused or imminently at risk of becoming unhoused.
   4. Supportive Housing
      Focused on adults in Washington County, we provide housing case management and wraparound supports to foster stability and belonging.

   Our impact grows through strong partnerships with employers, community organizations, government agencies, and donors, ensuring we serve more people more effectively.

   From rural towns to urban centers, we adapt to Oregon’s evolving needs, offering culturally responsive services across diverse communities.
